If you have changed your mind about your purchase or order, you can send it back to us, please notify us by email within 7 days of purchase date and return it to us in a re-saleable condition with all labels attached using the included returns document enclosed inside.


Standard returns on non-faulty items purchased on our online site are only accepted within a 14-day period from the date of receipt. You may return the item/s to us for a full refund subject to the following conditions:

  • You notify us within the 7 day period.
  • The goods are returned in a re-saleable condition with all labels attached.
  • You pay the return delivery charges, choosing a method of your choice. Please obtain proof of postage as the goods are your responsibility until received and checked by our returns department
  • The goods are not customised for you in any way.
  • The item has not been worn other than to try the item for size. If any of the manufacturer labels have been removed we will assume that you have used the product and will be unable to offer a refund.
  • Postage costs are NOT refunded. Items that have been sent by free delivery will incur a £4.99 return fee this will be taken from your original payment.


We cannot accept returns for the following items, due to hygiene reasons:

  • Earrings
  • Swimwear
  • Underwear
  • Toiletries
  • Facemasks
  • Items that have been worn

Unless faulty or misdescribed. 


Items that have been damaged by you and do not have a manufacturing fault will be looked at on an individual basis. For assistance in this we would ask that you phone or email us and we will advise on the correct and lawful action.


If we deliver a faulty item, please contact us at with images and a description of the fault and proof of purchase. We will contact the manufacturer on your behalf and try to resolve the issue as swiftly as possible. Each case will be looked at on an individual basis.

How do I return an item?

How long does a refund take?

We will refund you as soon as we received the item back. It can take up to 5 working days for the money to be returned to your bank account.

How do I cancel an order?

If you'd like to cancel your order please contact us immediately on 01690 710292 or email to cancel your order. 

Please be aware that we do take a 10% cancellation processing fee to cover the costs of the cancellation and refund.

Can I return an item bought in store?

If you have bought an item in-store you can only return an item for store credit unless the item is faulty.

Can I exchange an item?

Yes, if we have the item in stock we will happily exchange an item for you. Please fill out the exchange form you received with your order and return your item to:
